Fabulous views, spacious room, perfect for my dogs. But finding staff was a treasure hunt, and you have to drive for miles to eat. Oh, and the bathroom? A work of art, with exposed pipework and flimsy shower cubicle. Lovely.

Nestled in a beautiful setting down the hillside to the river, this hotel offers a picturesque location to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast, although lacking in variety, is satisfactory. The library, where breakfast is served, adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants, allowing guests to explore the local dining options.
The maintenance of the grounds and garden does not match the grandeur of the manor house.

Amazing New Year's Experience! The room was a good size and the bathroom was well fitted out. The location was great, with beautiful gardens and a lovely view. The host was charming and made us feel very welcome, even organizing an early morning breakfast. The potential of this place is fantastic, with its beautiful grounds.
Basic furnishings in the room and poorly furnished and decorated accommodation. Some traffic noise could be heard from the room, but not enough to disturb sleep.

That 4-hectare park with views of the Seine River was like stepping into a fairytale. Strolling through the garden, I couldn't help but feel like a character in a romantic novel, surrounded by beauty and tranquility. And the icing on the cake? The flat-screen TV in my room was the perfect companion for those cozy, lazy evenings after a day of exploring.
GPS confusion on arrival.

I recently stayed at the charming Manoir De La Houlette Bed & Breakfast for a few days. The accessibility was excellent, with a warm welcome and a beautiful view from the terrace. Breakfast, served on the terrace, was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were well equipped, tastefully decorated, and clean. The hosts were genuinely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The grounds of the manor were lovely, and the hosts were super friendly and genuine.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The host was incredibly charming and made us feel super welcome. Breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing! The Manoir's potential is jaw-dropping, with its stunning grounds and beautiful surroundings. The welcome was friendly and helpful, and the picnic area with benches and tables was ideal for enjoying a summer evening with our dogs. The parking space near our rooms was a big plus. The breakfast brought to our room was EXCELLENT, and the ground floor 4 bedroom annexe was a pleasant surprise, with its tasteful decor and ample power points. Ying, the owner, was very attentive. The annex building had a cozy cottage atmosphere and provided a great view of the valley and river. our stay was fantastic!

the Manoir De La Houlette Bed & Breakfast was the best hotel I've stayed in. It felt like a fancy 5-star hotel without all the extra frills. The owner - Menil - is like a real-life escape to the chateau - doing everything herself. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and the view from the terrace is stunning. The breakfast was delicious and served with plenty of options.
Couldn't recommend more.

The rooms at this hotel are like a cozy sanctuary, complete with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. During my stay, I had the pleasure of waking up to a breathtaking garden view from my window. It felt like I was in my own little paradise, surrounded by nature's beauty.
Bathroom fixtures need improvement.

The setting of the Manoir was magnificent with lovely views over the Seine, and a well-landscaped garden. The breakfast served on the terrace had a wonderful view down the hillside to the river, and there was plenty of everything required.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints.

The host at Manoir De La Houlette Bed & Breakfast was absolutely charming and made us feel incredibly welcome during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast that was brought to our room each morning. The location of the manor is simply stunning, set in beautiful grounds that have the potential to be even more fantastic. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and clean. We appreciated the convenience of the ground floor location, especially with our limited mobility, as it allowed us to bring our car close to our front door. The double glazing in the room effectively blocked out any noise from the nearby autoroute. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this accommodation.

Great value for money, spacious room, and beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuine, even giving us tomatoes from their garden.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manoir De La Houlette Bed & Breakfast. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the Seine river and countryside. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Our sleeping quarters were tidy and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Plus, it was great that they were pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friends along. The building itself was superb, with its charm and magnificent views. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we even had a spacious room in a separate building to accommodate our dogs. The room was comfortable and had a fresh, modern decor. our experience was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the convenience of being close to a nearby restaurant we wanted to visit.
Nothing at all! 😊
